I’ve never felt comfortable following an arbitrary set of rules that don’t feel good to me, that don’t feel true to me and who I am. There’s so many healthy options out there and I pick the ones that work for me and that I enjoy. Everyone raves about yoga, but yoga feels boring to me and so I take high-energy classes that I’m excited to attend and stretch out on my own.
